Everyone sees their own week. Nobody sees anyone else’s.

Quorum is built for decisions about teams. Each person can open their own calendar figures; managers and administrators see teams, above minimum sizes written into the code.

Your figures, for you only.

Each person can see their own calendar figures: meeting hours, focus days, back-to-back stretches, invitations they did not join, the recurring meetings they organize. Nobody else can — not their manager, not an administrator, not the assistant.

Theirs alone

No grade, no rank, no named colleague. The one comparison is with their own team’s aggregate, and only when the rest of the team is at least 3 people.

In the calendar

The Outlook add-in, the Google Calendar add-on and the Chrome extension show the meeting you open — its cost and size — with your own attendance suggestion and a link to your own week. They write nothing and show nothing about another invitee.

In chat, if they ask

A private weekly message in Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Chat for anyone who switches it on, or /quorum me in Slack. Where the workspace allows it, members sign in to this one page and nothing else.

Minimum sizes, written into the code.

Below these sizes a figure is withheld, so a team’s number is never one person’s habits under another name.

A team figure needs a team

No per-person rate, efficiency score or load band for a group under 3 people. A team below the floor is left out and counted, not scored.

Response times need conversations

Withheld below 5 conversations or 3 people, and never reported per person: who answers slowest is not a question Quorum answers.

Private meetings stay private

One-to-ones, reviews and interviews are stripped when they arrive: no participants, attendance, cost or AI. Their time counts toward team load, and in that person’s own week.

Common questions

Can my manager see my week?

No. My week shows each person’s own figures to that person only — not to their manager, an administrator, an export, a report or the assistant. It carries no score or rank and names no colleague. Managers see figures about their teams, and factual calendar commitments for workload planning within them.

What do 1:1s, performance reviews, and interviews look like in the system?

Their details are excluded at ingestion: no participants, attendance, cost or AI analysis. Private time blocks retain only when someone is busy, so team meeting hours and focus figures include that time for teams of at least three people. Each person can also see their own private time in My week; nobody else can see it as an individual’s private time.

What can we give our works council before rollout?

The public works council and DPIA pack: what each source sends Quorum, how long data is kept, the published privacy floors, printable FAQs for the council and for employees, and an outline for a data protection impact assessment. We also brief employee representatives on request.

Brief your employee representatives.

If your works council or employee representatives need to review Quorum, we walk them through what it reads, what it keeps and what nobody can see.
