Referral programme terms

Version 2026-10-13. Each referral records the version of these terms it was submitted under, and that version applies to it.

1. Who runs the programme

Quorum is a product of Creative Coders sp. z o.o., ul. Płk. Zoltána Baló 6 lok. 5, 02-793 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001271368 (“we”, “us”). Company information. These terms govern the rewards we pay for introducing Quorum to a company. They are separate from any partner agreement: a partner who introduces customers under a signed partner agreement is rewarded under that agreement, not these terms.

2. Who can take part

Any individual aged 18 or over may refer their own employer or another company (the “referred company”), except:

  • anyone who will approve, sign or decide on the purchase of Quorum at the referred company, including members of its management or procurement who take that decision;
  • our own employees, contractors and their household members;
  • partners referring under a partner agreement (section 1).

A company that is already a paying Quorum customer when the referral is submitted cannot be referred.

3. How to refer

  • Submit the form on the referral programme page, one company per submission, with accurate details. No account is needed.
  • We email you a referral code and links to share. A link fills in your code on the contact or signup form it opens, and the people you introduce can also type the code into that form themselves.
  • An enquiry or a new workspace is attributed to your referral only when it is sent with your code, whether it came from the link or was typed into the form. We do not track visits: no cookie or other browser storage is used for referrals, and nothing is shared with any third party. An enquiry or workspace sent without your code is not attributed to you.
  • You do not need to take any further part in the sale, and you should not negotiate on our behalf.

4. Safeguards

A reward is offered only where it cannot reasonably be mistaken for an inducement. Every referral is subject to these conditions, which you confirm when you submit:

  • You are not the decision-maker. You must not approve, sign or decide on the purchase of Quorum at the referred company. People who make the purchasing decision cannot refer their own company; such a self-referral earns no reward.
  • The buyer is told. We tell the referred company’s buyer that the introduction came through the referral programme and that a reward may be paid. If the buyer asks who made the introduction, we tell them.
  • Your employer allows it. You confirm that your employer’s gift and conflict-of-interest policy allows you to accept the reward — or you choose to have it donated to a charity instead (section 6).
  • Payment comes last. A reward is paid only after the referred company’s third consecutive paid month.

We may decline a reward where any of these conditions is not met (section 8).

5. When a reward is earned, and how much

A reward is earned when the referred company becomes a paying customer of ours within 12 months of your referral and pays for 3 consecutive months. A month is paid when the subscription fee for it has been received; months covered by an annual or other prepayment count once that payment has been received. If payment lapses, the count starts again from the month payment resumes.

The reward is a one-time amount set by the number of paid seats in the referred company’s subscription at the end of the third consecutive paid month:

Company sizePaid seatsReward
Small1–49€250
Medium50–249€500
Large250 or more€1,000

The bands follow the thresholds the European Union uses to define small and medium-sized enterprises — fewer than 50 and fewer than 250 (Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC) — applied to paid seats rather than headcount. Later changes in seats do not change a reward.

  • One reward per customer. A referred company earns one reward, once, however many people refer it.
  • First valid referral wins. The reward goes to the earliest submitted referral of that company that meets these terms. A referral that was declined or expired does not block a later one.

6. Payment or donation

  • When you submit, you choose a bank transfer to you or a donation to a charity you name. You may change this choice until the reward is paid.
  • For a transfer, we ask for your bank details only once a reward is due, and pay in euros within 30 days of receiving them.
  • For a donation, we donate the full amount to the charity you named and send you confirmation. The donation is made by us; we may ask you to choose another charity if we cannot donate to the one you named, for example because it is not a registered charity.
  • Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged or paid in any other form.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on a reward paid to you. Where the law requires us to report a reward or withhold tax from it, we will, and we may ask you for the information we need to do so.

8. Expiry and declined referrals

A referral that has not produced a paying customer within 12 months of its submission expires. We may decline a referral, and will tell you why, where:

  • a safeguard in section 4 is not met, or a confirmation you gave was not true;
  • the referred company was already a customer, or an earlier valid referral of it exists;
  • the details you gave were inaccurate or the referral was not made in good faith;
  • paying the reward would be unlawful or would breach a sanctions or anti-bribery rule.

9. Your data

We use the details you submit — your name, email address, relationship to the company, the company and any buyer contact you give — to run the programme, contact the company and pay or donate any reward. Referrals that are declined or expire are deleted 12 months after they close; a referral whose reward was paid or donated is kept for 6 years after payment, as an accounting record, and then deleted. See the Privacy notice for your rights. To withdraw a referral, contact us.

10. Changes and ending the programme

We may change or end the programme at any time. A change applies only to referrals submitted after it is published; a referral already submitted keeps the version of these terms it was submitted under, and a reward already earned is paid.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you take part as a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

These documents describe how Quorum actually behaves — the data it reads, where it sends it, and how long it keeps it — and are updated whenever that behavior changes.
