What to expect

• A proposed pilot runs 4–6 weeks. Agree the eligible users, data coverage, change owners, and success criteria before starting. Establish a baseline, implement a small set of changes, and review observed outcomes. Scope, fees and any annual-plan credit require a written agreement.
• Security review before commitment. The sub-processor list and control summary are public — start there, and tell us what your questionnaire needs beyond it.
• We will tell you if you should not buy this. We validate Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace calendar access, relevant Teams, Meet or Zoom attendance, and the selected delivery channel in your environment before a pilot. Missing data and unsupported requirements are made explicit before commitment.
